Terms and Conditions

Terms:
Net 30 days.  Minimum invoice, $50.00.

Shipping:     
F.O.B. Springfield, Massachusetts.

All shipments ship ground, unless otherwise specified.

Claims:
Although goods are considered sold and our responsibility ceases when delivery is made, in the event of goods being lost in transit, we will make every effort on the behalf of our customers to have lost goods found.

Return Policy:
Returned products must be accompanied with a returned goods authorization number (RGA).  Credit will not be issued without a return authorization number.  Returned goods need to be unused, undamaged and returned in original packaging.

No returns of any standard tools after 6 months of date of invoice.  Returned goods may be subject to a restocking fee.

Orders for special tools, modified tools and non-catalog or altered tools are non-returnable.  A confirming purchase order is required for all special tools.

CNC Regrind Criteria:
All regrinds must be a minimum of 10 pieces of the same item.  All lesser quantities will be reground using conventional cutter grind methods and subject to evaluation and inspection.
